How long does an EPC last for?
An EPC is valid for 10 years from the date of it's production.
How long will the inspection take?
Normally 30-45 minutes, the completed EPC can then usually be Emailed back to you and/or an agent the same day.
When is an EPC needed?
An EPC is required to be available within 7 days of a property being marketed for sale or for a new tenant to view, when a property is being rented out.
